Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the FOMOonroute Final Challenge competition.

The competition is operated by Hadii (Pty) Ltd, the company behind the FOMOonroute platform.

In these Terms and Conditions, references to “FOMOonroute”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Hadii (Pty) Ltd operating through the FOMOonroute brand and platform.

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

Competition Period

The competition will run from the date it is made available on the FOMOonroute website until the closing date announced by FOMOonroute.

FOMOonroute may update the competition dates, closing date, game release dates, or winner announcement date if necessary. Any updates will be communicated on the FOMOonroute website and/or FOMOonroute social media pages.

Who May Enter

To enter the competition, you must:

Be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Be based in South Africa.
Have a valid Instagram and/or TikTok account.
Follow the official FOMOonroute Instagram and/or TikTok page, depending on the entry method used.
Enter using your real Instagram and/or TikTok username.
Accept these Terms and Conditions before playing as a competition entrant.

FOMOonroute may request proof of age, identity, social media username ownership, and/or proof that the winner follows FOMOonroute before awarding the prize.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

Visit the FOMOonroute Games page.
Select a game.
Choose the “Enter Competition” option.
Read and accept the competition Terms and Conditions.
Confirm that they are 18 years or older.
Enter their Instagram username and/or TikTok username.
Play the selected FOMOonroute game.
Submit or complete the game so that the entry can be recorded.

Participants may also choose “Play for Fun”. Playing for fun does not require a username and does not count as a competition entry.

Entry Requirements

A valid competition entry must include:

At least one social media username: Instagram and/or TikTok.
Confirmation that the participant is 18 years or older.
Acceptance of the competition Terms and Conditions.
Completion of the selected FOMOonroute game.
A recorded game entry on the FOMOonroute system.

Incorrect, fake, incomplete, duplicate, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.

Following FOMOonroute

To qualify for the prize, entrants must follow FOMOonroute on Instagram and/or TikTok using the username submitted during entry.

FOMOonroute may manually verify whether a selected winner follows the relevant FOMOonroute social media page before confirming the winner.

If FOMOonroute cannot verify that the selected winner follows the relevant page, FOMOonroute may disqualify that entry and select another eligible winner.

Prize

The prize is:

R1000 to spend at a participating FOMOonroute venue during the World Cup final.

The prize:

Is not transferable.
Is not exchangeable for cash.
May only be used at a participating venue confirmed by FOMOonroute.
Must be used during the World Cup final event, unless FOMOonroute agrees otherwise.
May be subject to venue-specific rules, availability, operating hours, and conditions.

Any spend above the R1000 prize amount will be for the winner’s own account.

Prize Unlock Condition

The R1000 prize will only be unlocked if FOMOonroute reaches:

1000 followers on Instagram, and
1000 followers on TikTok

before the World Cup final or before the date announced by FOMOonroute.

If this follower target is not reached, FOMOonroute may cancel, postpone, reduce, replace, or adjust the prize or competition mechanic at its discretion.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected from valid eligible entries.

Unless stated otherwise by FOMOonroute, the winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid competition entries.

Game scores may be used for leaderboard, entertainment, or engagement purposes, but the highest score does not automatically guarantee winning unless FOMOonroute clearly states that a specific game is score-based.

FOMOonroute reserves the right to verify entries before confirming a winner.

Winner Announcement and Contact

The winner may be announced on the FOMOonroute website, Instagram page, TikTok page, or other FOMOonroute communication channels.

The winner may be contacted using the Instagram or TikTok username provided during entry.

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, cannot be verified, is under 18, does not follow the required FOMOonroute account, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, FOMOonroute may select another winner.

Multiple Entries

Participants may play FOMOonroute games more than once.

However, FOMOonroute may limit valid competition entries to one entry per person, per username, per game, per week, or per competition period.

Duplicate, automated, fake, or suspicious entries may be removed.

Fair Play and Disqualification

FOMOonroute may disqualify any participant who:

Uses fake accounts, bots, scripts, automation, or false information.
Attempts to manipulate game scores or competition results.
Enters using someone else’s username.
Submits offensive, harmful, or inappropriate information.
Does not meet the age or eligibility requirements.
Does not follow the required FOMOonroute social media page.
Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

FOMOonroute’s decision on disqualification, eligibility, and winner verification is final.

Game Scores

Game scores may be saved when a user enters the competition.

Scores may be displayed on a leaderboard using the submitted username. FOMOonroute may choose to hide, remove, or reset scores if cheating, errors, bugs, or suspicious activity are detected.

FOMOonroute does not guarantee that all scores will be displayed publicly.

Personal Information

By entering the competition, participants agree that Hadii (Pty) Ltd, operating through FOMOonroute, may collect and process the following information for competition purposes:

Instagram username.
TikTok username.
Game played.
Score.
Date and time of entry.
Confirmation of age eligibility.
Confirmation of Terms and Conditions acceptance.
Basic technical information needed to prevent duplicate, fake, or suspicious entries.

This information will be used to manage the competition, verify entries, contact the winner, prevent fraud, and run the FOMOonroute Games experience.

FOMOonroute and Hadii (Pty) Ltd will not sell participant information to third parties.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that if they win, FOMOonroute may announce their submitted username on FOMOonroute platforms.

FOMOonroute may request permission to take photos, videos, or social media content with the winner. The winner may refuse additional promotional content unless it is required for reasonable winner announcement purposes.

Venue Conditions

The prize is linked to a participating venue.

The winner must follow the rules of the participating venue, including age restrictions, entry rules, booking requirements, venue capacity, dress code, and any other venue policies.

FOMOonroute and Hadii (Pty) Ltd are not responsible if the winner is refused entry by a venue for reasons outside their control, including failure to comply with venue rules.

Changes to the Competition

FOMOonroute reserves the right to change, pause, cancel, extend, or update the competition if necessary, including where there are technical issues, suspected fraud, platform issues, venue changes, prize availability issues, or circumstances outside FOMOonroute’s control.

Any major changes will be communicated through the FOMOonroute website and/or social media pages.

Technical Issues

FOMOonroute is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, not recorded, or affected by technical issues, internet problems, device errors, website downtime, or platform interruptions.

FOMOonroute may correct obvious errors, remove invalid entries, and fix bugs where necessary.

No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to enter the competition.

Participants only need to follow the stated entry steps on the FOMOonroute website.

Instagram and TikTok Disclaimer

This competition is run by Hadii (Pty) Ltd through the FOMOonroute platform.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to FOMOonroute and Hadii (Pty) Ltd, not to Instagram or TikTok.

Participants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility or liability connected to this competition.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, FOMOonroute and Hadii (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or claim arising from participation in the competition, use of the prize, inability to use the prize, technical issues, venue issues, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under South African law.

Acceptance of Terms

By selecting “Enter Competition”, accepting the Terms and Conditions, entering a username, and playing a FOMOonroute game as a competition entrant, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
